Do I need to open my own company (JDG)?
No, you don’t. You work as an individual through the OnePay platform, which acts as your legal partner (EOR).
Who can I invoice?
Companies and individuals in Poland, the EU, and worldwide (except for sanctioned countries).
How are taxes handled?
For Polish tax residents, we automatically calculate and withhold tax (PIT). All reporting is available in your profile.
How is copyright transferred?
When creating an invoice, simply choose whether to “transfer rights” or “grant a license.” Documents are generated automatically.
