II. SCOPE OF SERVICES
1. Services include advisory and support related to legalization of residence and employment of foreigners in Poland.
2. The detailed scope of services is defined in the individual agreement or offer.
3. The Service Provider does not guarantee a positive administrative decision.

III. CONCLUSION OF ONLINE AGREEMENT
1. The agreement may be concluded electronically.
2. The service shall commence after payment.
3. The Client is obliged to provide accurate data.

IV. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMER)
1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after conclusion of the contract.
3. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s prior consent.

V. PAYMENTS
1. Prices are stated in PLN or EUR.
2. Payments are made via bank transfer.
3. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the service.

VI. LIABILITY
The Service Provider is liable only for proper performance in accordance with the law.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
2. Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider’s registered office.
3. The Terms enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
