  • Experience in IT recruitment (at least 2 years in outstaffing/outsourcing).
  • Strong knowledge of the IT market, technologies, and recruitment specifics.
  • Active sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • English language proficiency at B2+ level, Polish at B1+ level (for communication with candidates and clients).

Responsibilities:

  • Calculating employee salaries and preparing payroll lists.
  • Processing sick leave settlements and determining the basis for benefit calculations.
  • Communicating with external institutions (e.g., US, ZUS) and offices regarding wage deductions.
  • Preparing tax declarations (including PIT-11).
  • Preparing ZUS registration and settlement declarations in Płatnik system.
  • Preparing reports and aggregate payroll lists.

  • Assisting with the process of acquiring Polish citizenship.
